2-way confirming systems
If you plan on using your new remote car starter system in places
where you can not physically see your vehicle, you may want to
consider a 2-way confirming remote starter. Much like a one-way
system, when you use your remote starter, the parking lights will
show that the vehicle received your command. A 2-way system will
also indicate to you on the actual transmitter, that the vehicle has
started. There are two different types of 2-way transmitters. A LED
transmitter will indicate the status of your vehicle with small LED
lights, where a LCD transmitter has a screen with a car icon, and will
show by illustrations your vehicle's status.
